Re: missing items after games last night

I have both items listed and a few more besides.  There were two light jackets left, a ninja turtle toy and a basketball.  We thought the ball might belong to the other team and since we'll see them next week, if it is theirs we can return it.  (Dawn, can you contact them and ask if they were missing one?)  The ball has no name written on it so if you think it is yours you will have to provide identifying information to verify it.  Anyone who can describe the jackets can also claim them. 

Call me if you think any of these items belong to you.

Thanks again to everyone who pitched in last night. It was great to see people functioning in so many different roles!

A couple of items were left behind; if anyone happened to pick them up, please let the appropriate people know:

1) the Williams family lost a teal blue Optimist basketball shirt
2) I (Dawn Hall) left a black sweater in the bleachers near the door.

Re: Practice tonight/Game information for tomorrow night

There will be concessions at the games tomorrow night.  It seemed to work well to have them with the admissions last time so that is what I plan to do tomorrow.  It would be nice to have two adults at the tables, so more volumteers will be needed besides Judy and Jan.  I will be there by the girl's game but not for the first game.  Judy, can we get together tomorrow morning sometime to exchange cash box?  I will send concessions in with my kids before the first game.

Scoreboard -- Lee Robertson, are you available? Does anyone else want to help/learn how to run the board?

Scorebook -- Terry Callahan are you available for the boys' games? Is someone available to keep the book for the girls?

Practice for the boys is at 7:30 pm. The  girls have practice before the boys, at 6:00 pm.The door being unlocked at 5:45pm was mentioned for their benefit. It should still be unlocked when the boys arrive later. Sorry for any confusion.

Please check your calendars to see when practices are scheduled, and let me know if you can't make it. Don't count on an email reminder for every practice, though we will send reminders sometimes, because of unusual situations or changes.

For example, Thursday's practice is at 7:30 pm at the HIGH SCHOOL. Entrance will be through the practice gym.
